Nice tribute, but too many evolutions. Without trying to destroy your theme or most of your deck,
here's what I would do:

- 1x Erika's Exeggutor Lv.31
- 2x Erika's Exeggcute Lv.12
- 1x Erika's Tangela Lv.21
- 1x Erika's Paras Lv.17

Add:
1x Erika's Jigglypuff
1x Erika's Clefairy Lv. 16
1x Erika's Dratini Lv 14
1x Erika's Bulbasaur Lv 15

Trainers
-1x Erika's Kindness
-2x Charity

Add:
1x Celedon City Gym
3x Erika's Maids
3x Erika
2x Moo Moo Milk

Energy;
-8x Grass

Add:
2x DCE

Now, with the exception of the DCE, Moo Moo Milk and Berry. Your deck is all Erika. IMHO, to make your Erikla more competitive, stray out side the Erika line slightly and drop 4 Pokemon and add four Elms or copycat trainers for card drawing power.

In my experience of playing all the Erika lines, E. Tangela can hardly ever get powered up, the Exeggcute line is too flippy, E. Paras is too weak and E. Jigglypuff is underrated.

Yes, I think the Erika is the strongest of the Gym series. A deck built around E. Victreebel can be hard to beat and can sometimes even beat a fire deck. Yes, Erika can beat Blaine [Big Grin] , but it is not easy!
