IOR= Imposter Oak's Revenge
Look at your opponent's hand. If he/she has any trainers, choose one of them. Your opponent shuffles it into their deck.

Murkrow: 50HP
D Mean Look
As long as Murkrow is your active pokemon, the defending pokemon cannot retreat (benching or evolving the defending pokemon ends this effect)

DC Feint Attack
Choose one of your opponent's pokemon. This attack does 20 damage to that pokemon (don't forget the +10 for the D energy)

D= Dark Energy
C= Colorless energy

I dont think R's Scyther is needed to whomp on Gatr...IOR is a nice idea, along with the murkrow. So lets see

-4 potion energy
+4 Dark energy

+3 Murkrow

-2 Full Heal energy
+2 Rockets Hideout

-2 Grass energy
+2 IOR

What about Pokemon Center would that be a good idea...low energy costs on all pokemon...
