Strategy
not too much of a strategy here. maybe thats a problem with the deck and im open to suggestions. i use my Drowzee's Long Distance Hypnosis to stall when i need to, i think im going to put in a third Rocket Drowzee so i can use that more(though i dont know what to remove for it) i try to make sure my cards can get around annoying pokemon powers like Mr. Mime's, so i like some people who do low damage or the ability to put pokemon to sleep, confused, whatever. the same goes for pokemon with resistance, i like to confuse them or make them sleep so i have some time to take them down. i do have a lot of cards, but i dont have many of the good ones, like i only have one Elm. ive been thinking about getting rid of pokeball, base drowzee, sprout tower, girafarig id like to put in another double colorless energy, another jynx, rocket drowzee, focus band, lugia (non-holo revelation), scoop-up

any help would be appreciated just try to keep rare card numbers down cause if i do have them, i usually dont have them in multiples

All decks need a strategy of some kind! Well, now for this deck you need some more concentration on one (or maybe two) pokemon and then give them support. This deck is mainly Psychic so I would say just trash all of you fighting pokemon. This deck is in the standard format so Sneasel is here (yes, you do have Mr. Mime for that reason) but with so many ways to get Mime out of the active slot (Double Gust, Gust of Wind, Warp Point, etc.) and only one in your deck it isn't all that reliable so add 2 more of him. Next to help with darkness even more add some Unown D and Resistance Gym. Trash to Drowzee line and add some Lugia (Revelation). Try to look for some solid Psychic basics and put them in (I can't come up with many at the moment) or just add more of what you have (Girafarig, Jynx). And just use only the energy absorbtion Mewtwo. Don't use the other ones. Last but not least add some Neo Genesis Cleffa. For trainers, try to concentrate more. More Gold Berry, Elm, NGR, Focus Band, Bill. Trash to Breeder Fields, Potion, and Pokeball. They aren't worth using. For energies, just keep the psychic and the DCE (for Lugia) no fighting energy for an obvious reason. You can add whatever though. These are just a few......okay maybe a little bit more than a few....... ideas on what to do with this deck! See ya!

for starters, the fighting type have been extremely successful for me as a backup type, plus it gives me a different kind of energy to use for Ho-oh. mr. mime... only have one, dont like him much anyway. only have that one lugia, cant base a deck around that one card, plus its in another deck that i might not want to take apart. i have a bunch of sneasels, but no darkness energy. no more gold berries or elm, like i said. the drowzee line works well for me, and since most of my "strategy" relies on sleep, dont really want to remove them. most of my "good" psychic cards are in the deck. i have the alakazam line, but just one alakazam. i used to use natu/xatu, but they are kinda weak, also i need to deal with psychic resistance. any card changes for someone that has mostly common and uncommons?

Well, there is only one card, as I said earlier that can deal with Resistance (in terms of lowering it) and that is Resistance Gym (Gym Challenge) You already use Sprout Tower and if you use Unown N you can completely shut down mostly any normal type and as I said Unown D can help deal with Dark problems. But I understand your situation and limits to certain cards, so just try what you can.
See ya Snake Eyes!
