Good deck. However, I see a mistake that a lot of players make. You have too many cards that are just x1. This is ok for big evolutions and sometimes your main cards (like your Ninetails/Flareon), but you need to take out some of your trainers that are just x1, and instead put in multiple copies of trainers or more Pokemon.

To be blunt, you have too many Evolution lines, too much Energy, and WAY too few Trainers. This is an Unlimited deck, so base your Trainer engine on card drawing (especially Bill and Professor Oak), deck searching (especially Computer Search), and discard recovery (especially Item Finder). Energy Removal/Super Energy Removal is also a very useful Trainer strategy. As far as Pokemon, I would focus on one Fire line, maybe the Vileplume if you like them, and Scyther. You could also splash in some Babies -- Tyrogue and Cleffa are both very popular, for good reason.

to be blunt dkates i only have 4 evoluion lines that's not a lot i have enough energy, i might even need a bit more. i feel my only problem is the trainers. And also whats the point on having a cleffa if you don't have its evolutions clefairy and clefable and this is a grass and fire deck no need for tyrouge spoiling it. thanx you for your "bluntness" smell ya l8r Zane

The good thing about cleffa and tyrouge are that are very splashable. Not only is cleffa like a built in professor elm, but it has a free retreat and is a awesome staller with its baby power. Same goes for tyrouge but he his fighting and can do 30 for a flip. Tyrouge can be fit in almost any deck to combat weaknesses like from electricity.
About the evolutions. I say three is the max if you want to fit in a good amount of trainers. Why not get rid of the fire and the smeragle and put in a scizor. Then you have so much room for more trainers.
Also one of a card makes it immpossible for it to show up in a game. I mean you have a 1/60 chance of drawing it, and what happens if it is in your prizes.
Don't change your deck if you don't want to, but look at all the decks that are winning the big tournaments. They all have the same principals, 3 or less evolutions, more than one of all pokemon, and a good amount of trainers with around 10-20 energy in all.
If you can't beat them, why not join them?
