Here it is:
pokemon:
3 Gastly (ND) 3 Haunter(Expedition) 3 Gengar(Expedition) 3 Chansey(AQ/e) 3 Blissey(AQ) 3 Cleffa 2 Tyrogue 2 Gligar
trainer:
4 Focus band 3 Professor elm 3 Oak's research / Copycat 3 Switch 4 Elm's training method 2 Gold berry / potion
energy:
19 physics
strategy:
In the early game use Chansey / Blissey to collect damage, while bringing out as much Gengar and as fast as possible, use Hide in Shadow and switch a baby pokemon with or without Focus Band out, surely they would be knocked out after sometime. When my opponent has fewer than 3 prize, hopefully there are already 3 gengar on the bench, damges collected by Chansey / Blissey would be very useful with Chaos Move.......
Any suggestion are welcomed.

Well, another Babyporter. I would say gold berry over potion and Copycat over Oak's reaserch. Other than that, seems pretty solid.

I think you misunderstand Chaos Move... once the damage is on Chansey/Blissey, you can only move it to one of your own Pokémon. Not to your opponent's. I'd replace Chansey/Blissey with something to damage your opponent and then use Chaos Move to move those damage counters to Babies to KO them.

actually BJJ763 i think your mistaken. gengar's power says you can move it from 1 pokemon (yours or your opponents) to another. it doesn't say specificlly which one you have to to move it to. unlike the fossil gengar said move just from one of your opponents pokemon. so unless they have said in the compendium that you can only do it to your own pokemon than you are able to move it from yours to theirs. otherewise it would just be another base alakazam which was remade in legends.

Check the Compendium. You cannot move your damage counters from your Pokémon to your opponent's (and vice versa). That is a Meta-rule for Pokémon. Gengar allows you to move a damage counter from one of your Pokémon to another of your Pokémon OR move a damage counter from one of your opponent's Pokémon to another of your opponent's Pokémon.

Switch out some of your other babies for Elekid-- its power works from the bench, so you can add some Pokecenters, and not worry about discarding energy. All your damage comes from the bench, and you have a major wall going. Can you say evil? Just make sure you have enough switcher trainers to keep your opponent from trapping you with a bad active with Double Gust.

Cards like Sabrina's Gengar and Sabrina's Golduck can add/move damage counters
Gengar gives all of the ones with one another
Golduck takes one from all of your Pokemon and put it one your opponents.

Thank you for all of you. The idea about Elekid and pokemon centre is great.
AND Who is true? Dark_pidgoet or WizPog_BJJ? I am so confused (obviously because of physic cube01).
Moreover, the power said "once during yuor turn", can I use it three times if I have three Gengar in play?
Here is chaos move for reference: Chaos Move - Once during your turn (before you attack), if your opponent has 3 or fewer Prizes, you may move 1 damage counter from 1 Pokémon (yours or your opponent's) to another (even if it would Knock Out the other Pokémon). This power can't be used if Gengar is affected by a Special Condition.

BJJ is right (as far as chaos move is concerned)
From the compendium:
quote: Q. Is the new Gengar's power cumlative? A. Yes, though you do know that you can only move a counter from one of your Pokemon to one of your other Pokemon...or from one of your opponent's Pokemon to one of your opponent's other Pokemon. (Sep 26, 2002 WotC Chat, Q514)

For each Gengar in play, you can move 1 damage counter. If you have 4 Gengars, you can move 4 damage counters in one turn. (But only if your opponent has 3 or less prizes remaining.)
And you cannot move damage BETWEEN players. So you could use the power to heal your own Pokes a bit (by distributing damage on one of your Pokemon to others of your Pokemon) or damaging your opponent by moving damage from one (or more) of his/her Pokemon to one (or more) of his/her Pokemon.
