Strategy: Get a Dustox and a kingdra out as soon as possible. Use Toxic turn 2 then you can switch (free retreat) to kingdra who should now be powered up. You can now attack the opponent with genetic memory. You could also attack further with Dustox using its gust attack and don't switch to kingdra. Kingdra can also retreat freely because of horsea's Reverse Thrust. That means you can easely switch to Dustox whenever you like. You could heal status with double gust and warp. This is a free retreat deck. There is however a HUGE downfall, Dustox is extremely weak to Scizor. Scizor can't even be poisened.
I made a deck around Dustox cause I think he's good.

i dont have any of the r&s cards can u tell me what Wurmple Cascoon Dustox are?

Could probably drop the breeders, if you use the right Wurmple. It can search for its own evos, and evolve pretty quickly on its own. If you drop it to 3/3/3 like Kindgra, that gives you 4 slots in your deck. I would suggest 2 Nurse, 1 Stadium, and either another Stadium, or another F Band
