Strategy is to use Xatu or Mewtwo to put tons of energy on to a Cleffa or elekid and lock it in there with murkrow and get rid of it and finish the game with Xatu for 50 damage a turn without them being able to attack.

I don't see how this will work. First of all you have to flip a coin for Energy-Moving attacks, and if they bring that Elekid active you'll have to flip twice. However this deck could work just not with that strat. That Mewtwo can pick off babies to get you easy prizes.
Slowking + Murkrow = incredible lock. And Xatu is like a cleaner Pokemon and they work well with Slowking. I would suggest taking out th Radio Tower for more Focus bands.

vbnz's recipe for a good deck:
put 25-27 trainers in a deck
then just throw in some decent pokemon and a few bits of energy till you have about 60 cards. Then add more Trainers.

Try getting the Promo Mewtwo, it has Energy Absorbsion, which for one P energy yo ucan search the discard for up to 2 more energy, then the next turn, you can attack for 40 damage, enough to take out a baby!
