I see that you PROBABLY have limited card sources, and seem to only have neo cards, so heres what I'd do.
drop the mail from bill, and IPOI, for 3 professor elm
drop the berry for focus band, or gold berry.
drop the eevee and flareon for one more elm and more gold berry/focus band
it would help if you can swap the igglybuff for cleffa from neo1, goodluck!
