OK first take a few minutes to read the other decks posted. You will notice that they use cards called "Trainers". You must use Trainers as they can help you get your Pokémon out and powered up. This looks like an Unlimited deck so staples in any Unlimited are 4 X Professor Oak, 4 X Computer Search, 4 X Lass, 4 X Item Finder, 4 X Energy Removal, 4 X Super Energy Removal, and even 4 X Bill. Your deck should have drawing power (Oak, CPU Search, Item Finder (AKA IF), even Bill). Next it should have something to counteract your opponent - Energy Removal and Super ER, Lass, Rocket's Sneak Attack, The Rocket's Trap, and even Chaos Gym fit accomplish this. You might need healing power to keep your Pokémon alive and prevent a prize from being drawn, so Potion, Super Potion, Berry Gold Berry, Miracle Berry, and Full Heal all do this. Now it will be up to you to decide what combination of Trainers work best for you.

*poof* [Devilish]
hail to the king baby.
let's take what # 158 has given you and build a TURBO CHARIZARD deck. ssssshhhhhwwwwwing!!!!!!!!
actually, rapidash and magmar are a great team.
let's make two decks and use your cards. n~i~c~e.
alrighty then.
this is a charizard deck so,
3 charizard
3 pkmn brdr
3 charmander
two things to think about here:
a. we don't want char out first, but we want him out asap, and,
b. THE CHAR LINE IS COLORLESS.
that may seem superfluous information however, it gives us a great deal of insight.
we need an efficient starter. since the char line is colorless, we have our pick.
i choose you electabuzz. if you have someone better in mind, go with it. i'm merely the messenger.
electabuzz not only goes off first turn, but the bonus flip is paralyzation. sweet.
it only gets better next turn.
there is one other pokemon i would consider here. but, not only does the pokemon in question dilute the energy base, i think the pokemon i have chosen cover char's weaknesses a little better.
just some differentiation between sneasel and buzz.
keeping some of those details in mind, we easily arrive at our next choice of pokemon.
common threat = feralligator. feralligator weakness = leaf.
leaf pokemon that fits anywhere (colorless) = scyther. j. scyther that is. the ulitimate utility pokemon. scyther is that and possibly more. there are not many places j. scyther will not fit.
ssoooo,..........
i think i have the pokemon that work in my mind.
4 electabuzz
4 j. scyther
now, trainers.
let's play unlimited. [Cool]
in any format, there is nothing more important than the establishment of a win condition.
the best way to accomplish that objective is through card advantage and deck manipulation.
that's why
4 pro oak
4 comp srch
will be standard in a deck such as this.
these cards will facilitate some sacrificing which, in a deck such as this will necessitate some ability to recycle. and so we will use,
3 itm fndr
3 grbg run
and finally we will include some disruption.
disruption comes in different forms.
we must determine the form that best suits our deck.
denial would be an option.
denial it seems though would be our worst nightmare here.
denying the denial then would be the logical progression of this condition.
2 no rmvl gym
regeneration is also a form of disruption.
when we take into consideration the
a. current environment
b. limited space
and c. the high retreat costs
2 scoop seem to work better than a potion or berry. prize denial = disruption.
also, keep in mind, card advantage is priority for your opponent as well. trainers will be a major resource for them also.
2 rsa
2 lass
and finally, not only the luxury, but the ability to bring up and take out easy targets is just too good to be without.
3 gust o win
there are countless options. please explore.
energy.
let's consider charizard first.
colorless, nice.
energy intensive, doh!
dbl clrlss and rcycl combo well here.
you could be spinning for 100 every other turn!
you gotta love that. [Evil Smirk]
scyther is colorless.
the only one we need color for is buzz.
how about
4 dce
4 recycle e
10 lightning e
that should be a good start.
play with it.
see what works for you.
HAVE FUN.
and i did not forget,
4 ponyta
4 rapidash
4 f. magmar
4 j. scyther
3 ditto
4 pro oak
4 cmp srch
3 nrg rmvl
3 rsa
3 gust o win
3 gld brry
2 itm fndr
2 grbg run
2 lass
2 fhe
4 dce
9 fire e
[ROFL]
HAVE FUN
later
