You have a few too many Pokemon, and way too many Energy. Drop some extras for trainers. Try to keep your Energy costs to one or two types max-- that should make it possible to drop Energy without suffering from droughts. Your goals should be about 15-20 Pokemon, 20-30 Trainers, and 15-20 Energy.
