1st of all, please include strategy when posting a deck. Now that that's said, here's my fix suggestions (although I know little about Modified):

-3 Nidoran [male]
-3 Nidorino
-3 Nidoking
-1 Grass Energy
-2 Energy Search
+3 Bulbasaur (Expedition) [Tackle/Poison Seed]
+3 Ivysaur (Expedition)
+3 Venusaur (1 LC, 2 Expedition)
+1 Exeggutor (LC)
+2 Pokemon Center/Pokemon Nurse (your choice)
