Well guys here is a deck I have made. Now don’t be to mean for I have been out of this game for a long while now so I’m still trying to re-adjust to all of the new sets. I’m not sure if this deck has been made before I just know that I came up with it on my own so I wouldn’t know if this is a widely used deck. So give advise everyone it is greatly appreciated.

Pokémon (16)
3 Cleffa (Neo Genesis)
4 Phanpy (Neo Destiny)
3 Donphan (Neo Genesis)
4 Slowpoke (Neo Genesis)
2 Tyrogue (Neo Discovery)

Trainers (28)
3 Balloon Berry (Neo Revelation)
4 Bill (Legendary Collection)
2 Bill's Teleporter (Neo Genesis)
3 Double Gust (Neo Genesis)
3 Focus Band (Neo Genesis)
3 Energy Removal (Legendary Collection)
2 Mary (Neo Genesis)
1 Pokémon Center (Legendary Collection)
4 Pokémon Trader (Legendary Collection)
4 Professor Elm (Neo Genesis)

Energy (15)
15 Fighting Energy

Strategy:
The strategy is simple. I stick out Donphan to do my damage and retreat him with a baby Pokemon every time so my opponent has to flip a coin each time they try to attack acorse. This slows them down allowing me time to finish off their injured Pokemon. The SlowKing are in there to slow down their Trainers acoarse as it makes them have to flip a coin to try to use the Trainers. [Evil Smirk]

Somebody coined the term "babyporter" for Donphan and babies. With Sneasel this would be an unlimited deck (since he is banned in Modified format which is the "official" tournament format). Donphan isn't widely played in unlimited because it is weak to SER/ER.

Thanks guys I didn't know that. Also ScythKing, I've never been in a tourney so could you explain to me the differences between Standarnd and all? It would be greatly appreciated. Also what do they call the origional set? Because that is what my Oaks and Energy Removals are from. Thanks again.

If you go to Wizards DCI page and click on tournament rules then select Pokemon it will explain everything.
Essentially there is (1)Constructed tournaments.
Unlimited (any card allowed) and Modified (Neo Genesis and up, promos 21 and up, Neo Genesis Sneasel and Slowking banned).
Then there are (2)Limited tournaments
which have your team play, booster drafts, and sealed deck.
The original set? Well there's several ways to answer that I suppose. I prefer to think of Pokemon like Magic where there are "blocks". In the case of Pokemon there would be Original block which would be Base 1, Jungle, Fossil, Rocket, Base 2. Then there was the Gym Block which was Challenge and Heroes. Then there was the Neo block which has Genesis, Discovery, Revelations, and Destiny. Then there was a Legendary collection release which I guess stands alone. Now there is the E-card block which has Expedition, Aquapolis and the next set which is called Skyridge. This block grouping kinda fits in with how the Japanese view the game also - to them Neo, Gym, and Expedition were all different games.

Anyway, you should know that Babyporter was originally an unlimited deck, but in order to play it there you must have trainer denial as you do here.
