i was looking at my cards when it hit me!!!!
4 gengar(take out the babys with out attacking)
4 haunter(good stage one)
4 gastly
3 dark espeon(put more damage on the bench for gengar)
3 eevee
3 cleffa(drawing)
3 chancey(case i fight another psi deck)
3 elm(drawing)
3 pokemon trader
4 gold berry
2 rocket hideout(for dark espeon)
24 psi energy
i would use d.espeon to hit the bench at the same time as i use gengars power ![[Bounce]](graemlins/jump.gif)

-14 Psychic (24 is way too much)
-1 Cleffa
-2 Haunter
+1 Elm
+1 Rocket Hideout
+3 Double Gust (needed for most any deck)
+2 Breeder (Curse faster)
+3 Focus Band (don't want to die in one hit do you?)
+3 Murkrow
+3 Full Heal
+4 Darkness Energy
One of the mistakes you made was too much energy and too few trainers.
Murkrow goes with the theme of this deck and you could add Darkness energy to Dark Espeon to add extra damage to the defending Pokemon.
BTW, you are using the Promo Eevee right?

i use the energy evo eevee to get d.espeon faster and have the chanceys in case i fight another psi deck

Chansey stinks. Replace it with Murkrow (has Psychic resistance also and MUCH better attacks). Chain Reaction Eevee might be faster and it doesn't depend on a coin flip.
