Guillotine:

13 Pokemon:
4 Scyther(Neo Discovery)
3 Scizor(Promo)
2 Giovanni's Pinsir
2 Cleffa
2 Pichu(Expedition)

20 Trainers:
2 Healing Field
3 Moo Moo Milk(Expedition)
4 Strength Charm
3 Prof. Oak's Research
2 Copycat
2 MTM 01
3 Potion(Expedition)
1 Radio Tower

27 Energy:
4 Metal Energy
4 Full Heal Energy
19 Grass Energy

This deck is built to hit and hit hard while keeping your Pokemon in top condition. Scyther/Scizor ifor a lot of damage, Pinsir for a nice 40 damage, with a chance of bench damage, but all the healing cards help that. This deck is very offensive, but it's softer side is Cleffa, for card drawing, and Pichu to transfer energy, such if cleffa needs do eek and need to have more HP, which means transfering Metal to Cleffa. In conclusion, this deck is purely offensive. But, I was thinking about teching in some Wooper. All comments and suggestions are welcome. Signed, g8tr [Devilish] [Evil Smirk] [cthulhu]

1st off, Giovanni's Pinsir has been rotated out of the modified format along with all the Gym series cards. Here's my other suggestions to improve the deck:
-3 Scizor
+3 Dark Scizor(better than the promo, and able to use the metal in the deck better)
-2 G's Pinsir
+2 Wooper (uses the grass energy and counter's the deck's fire weakness)
-2 Healing Field
+2 Rocket's Hideout
-2 Exp. Pichu (a waste of cardboard)
+2 N1 Pichu (fight the powers that be)
-3 MooMoo Milk
+3 Focus Band (needed in this deck)
-2 Strength Charm
-2 Full Heal
+4 Dark Energy (load up the Dark Scizor with metal and dark for fun)
-4 Grass energy
+3 Elm
+1 Time capsule
Try these changes and you should have better luck (and a MF legal decklist too!)
