I need a decision I don't know If a put celebi(neo revelation)or mewtwo(promo)in my deck.If you have any opinion or strategy please tell me.

It would help to know what kind of a deck it is. We could say yes and you could have a Fire deck for all we know

In a Grass/Psychic deck (a type I like, but NEVER put Psychic and Psychic-weak Grass i nthe same deck) both would be perfect. In just about everythign else, no. they both do fair damage for low energy cost.

it actually kind of depends on which Mewtwo promo. There is quite a few (first movie, "psyburn," telekinesis, etc...)
