Hmmm... Fire Hay? The closest you can get to that is Enetei/Cargo (unless you are playing Unlimited with F Magmar). Here is a deck using Entei and Houndoom. It's MF

Pokemon 20
---
3 Houndoor (the fire one)
3 Houndoom (2 ND, 1 of the other)
3 Entei
3 Cleffa
3 Growlithe (LC)
3 Arcanine (LC)
2 Tyrouge

Trainers 22
---
4 Bill
3 Elm
3 Pokemon Trader
3 Gold Berry
3 Focus Band
3 Copycat
3 Scoop Up(I can't rememebr if this is in LC or not. If it isnt, take it out)

Energy 18
---
4 Darkness Energy
14 Fire Energy
