First Whats NGR? Take Bill over Bills Teleporter, and I suggest u slip in atleast 2 mysterious fossils just incase u cant get Fossil Egg to work due to bad flips

8 basics is very low, chances of starting with a single Pokemon is significant. You will se a number of first or second round losses.
I also think a couple of Fossils would be good. I know that the Kabuto can replicate itself but it is a bit fragile.
My main concern is that you are in a precarious situation against Crobat (and a Jumpluff Swarm), so you might consider somthing for grass protection. It is common to play Steelix with Kabutops, you could try Skarmory for this purpose. Metal energy is actually not bad on Kabutops since it does a lot of damage as it is.
Comsider Fossil/LC Hitmonlee, the bench damage or 50 damage attack can be very useful.
Try Pichu instead of Elekid, it is useful against more decks.

I think I will try Elekid over Pichu because I have Kabuto. Should I play Skarmory? If yes, then I should
- 2 Hitmonchan

+ 2 Tyrogue
+ 2 Hitmonlee
+ 2 Skarmory
+ 4 Metal
So, how about that? I know it really slows my deck down but it is for fighting Grass Pokemon.
