You didn't say what your strategy was, but if you are using Kingra, you should probably play Pokemon Philosopher. It's a really good combo. I might play a Kingdrasopher Deck for Origins.
Also, get rid of the grass and just make it mono blue. Try Wooper, another Cleffa, and maybe some Tyrogues for flavor. They are good anti-electric cards. Electric types give my Kingdrasopher a hard time so I use them.

Trainer (Pokemon Tool)
Anytime an attck by the Pokemon that Pokemon Philosipher is attached to removes 2 or more energies from the defending Pokemon with an attck, you may choose to remove all energies from all of your opponent's Pokemon. Then remove all energies on from this Pokemon.
