Here's the deck I built way back in the dark ages when King Arthur ruled, right around the release of the Team Rocket set. I 'm looking for comments and ideas on how you think an old geezer of a deck will stand up to newer and current ones.
PokeMon- 18
3x Dratini (Base Set 1)
1x Dratini (Team Rocket Set)
3x Dragonair (Base Set 1)
1x Dark Dragonair
1x Dragonite (Fossil Set)
1x Dark Dragonite
2x Dragonite (Promo #5)
1x Magmar (Fossil Set)
2x Magmar (Base Set 1)
2x Kangaskhan (Jungle Set)
1x Moltres (Fossil Set)

Trainers- 20
2x Energy Retrieval
4x Bill
2x Potion
2x Computer Search
3x Poke Ball
2x Recycle
1x Gambler
2x Energy Search
2x The Boss’s Way

Energy- 22
4x Double Colorless Energy
18x Fire Energy

Origin:
I don’t why I’m bothering with an explanation of this thing, because the motto of this deck is “Strategy, Schmategy”. To everyone else it looks like I threw a bunch of cards together and called it a deck, and in fact I did. As it turns out though I came up with a powerful deck that has a strategy so surprisingly simple that it boggles the mind.
Strategy:
Easy! I threw this deck together in about five minutes (no joke) with a few things in mind-
1. Power, 2. Speed, 3. Flexibility. The power part is obvious, I beat the living daylights out of your pokemon with Dragonairs and Dragonites. Speed is less-than-not-so-glaringly-obvious to those of you who bothered to read the rest of the above. I use Kangaskhan to stall the opponent and to draw with fetch. Then I use Bills, Computer Searches, Poke Balls, Energy Searches and The Bosses Way to find the pokemon and energy cards I need. Flexibility is my favorite part. For those of you who think it’s cute to use your Slow King’s Mind Games to gum up your opponent’s trainer cards I’ve got a big surprise for you. Once Dark Dragonair hits the table I can find any evolution card I need and then when Dark Dragonite comes out I get the Dratini’s with Summon Minions to use those evolution cards, therefor HA! Overall it’s a beatdown style deck with plenty of extras and then some.
I’m happy to hear feed back for any questions, suggestions, comments and ideas you may have.

General points:

Too much Energy
Too few Trainers

Specific points:

Doubling up on Dark/Regular versions of same evolution is risky.

This is an Unlimited deck. You will have lots of trouble with trying to use evolutions, as their high energy costs will be hard to satisfy with the heavy use of Energy Removal in this environment.

Either use Energy Removal yourself, or guard against it. It is unbelievably strong.

Bill is a poor draw card in Unlimited. With options like Oak, Elm, Copycat and Cleffa (good against trainer denial), you will be at a great disadvantage if you stick with the lowly Bill.

Base set Magmar doesn't really make the grade as far as un-evolving Basics go. There are better options (Scyther, for one).

The lone Moltres doesn't seem to have a reason to be there. It's only use is in a stall deck, which this plainly isn't.

The Boss's Way is unnecessary for just two Dark Pokemon.

Pokeball is an awful Trainer. As is Recycle. And Potion, and Energy Search. There are very few uses for these cards, none of which are included in your deck. (Energy Search? In a mono colour deck? Just think about that for a moment...)

You don't need Energy Retrieval, as you have WAY too much energy as it is (15 would be a better amount. While I'm here, a good make-up to go for is no more than 15 Pokemon and 15 energy, and over 30 Trainers. Speed kills)

Kangaskhan were great in their day, but are now completely over-shadowed by Cleffa. One card, 7 cards. Hmm, decisions, decisions...

Don't look at me like that! You asked for help, and I've been honest...

I disagree about Bill as a Draw card, but otherwise, qmech said well what needed to be said. Bill is an okay Draw card, but should not be anywhere close to being your only one. Its best use tends to be in the Oracle/Bill combo, which works like two Computer Searches without the discards. If you're going to stick with one of the Dragonites (good luck if you do), choose one and drop the other. If you're going to play Stage 2 in Unlimited, you WILL need Breeder, and Trader and/or Elm's Training Method. If you really want to use Magmar, just go with one or two Fossils as a Stall. The Kangaskhans should be Cleffas. The Moltres is too risky -- switch to Tyrogue or Elekid. The only Trainers I would keep are possibly Bill (but tone it down to 2-3 at most) and definitely Computer Search. The rest of your Trainer engine should use cards like Oak/Elm, Oracle (if you keep Bill), Copycat/Oak's Research/Juggler/Pokemon Fan Club, Item Finder, Focus Band, Gold Berry, Energy Removal/Super Energy Removal and/or anti-Energy Removal (i.e. No Removal Gym, Ecogym), Power Charge/Energy Charge, Switch, Gust of Wind, and maybe PlusPower. Drop a few (read 4-8) Fire Energy to beef up your Trainers. Be prepared for Sneasel, Steelix, Rocket's Zapdos, Chansey, Wigglytuff, and Slowking -- decks made up of some combination of these, supported by Elekid/Tyrogue and Cleffa, make up the majority of Unlimited decks, at least where I play. That's a little simplified, but not much.

--------------------
Every time I think I can't say anything stupider, I prove myself wrong. Maybe I should just stop thinking.

pretty good deck. Its about time someone finally uses that Promo Dragonite from the movies. If you really wanna go a Dark/Regular evo. line, lets start out with...

Pokemon- You have a good set-up of pokemon to use. However, You have too many versions of different pokemon (dark pokemon are exceptions). If you want to use a big evolution line like this, keep it in a 4/4/4 line.
Heres what I would do for pokemon...
4 Dratini (Neo Destiny version has Shed)
2 Dark Dragonair(Rocket)
2 Dark Dragonite(Rocket)
2 Dragonair (Base Set)
2 Dragonite (1 Fossil/1 Promo)
3 Magmar (Fossil)
2 Moltres (Fossil)
--That gives ya 17 Pokemon--

Trainers- This is also a good set-up with what you have. However, there is one card that you should get into the deck for back-up. POKEMON BREEDER. Try going with these trainers...
4 Oak
4 Energy Removal
4 Super Energy Removal
4 Pokemon Breeder
3 Super Potion
3 Bill
3 Elm's Training Method (Expedition)
2 Computer Search
--That gives ya 27 Trainers--

Energy- Just take out a few fire energy and here it is...
12 Fire Energy
4 Double Colorless
--That gives ya 16 Energies--

I appretiate the feedback you guys have given me. I simply wanted to catch this guy up with the rest of the world, and one other thing. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF MOLTRES. It's Wildfire attack causes wonton devastation in an area the size of a small greek island if timed correctly.
On a side note, if I failed to mention it before, here it is now. I used the magmars as suppression and support until my Dragonites were ready to rock the arena. 2 fire energy for a solid 30 damage is pretty good. Overall i respect all of your opinions so don't think your info will go unused.
