Fairly decent. Ideal for trainers with little pocket money to get cards. However, weaknesses are evident:

1. Not enough Basic Pokemon. Your odds of getting a basic pokemon in the starting hand is 1 to 6-7. Then even getting additional pokemon on the bench is even more difficult.
2. No BP offensives. You should have some powerful Basic Pokemon in case of an emergency.

Here is my proposed deck:
4 Grimer (FSL, LGN)
3 Dark Muk (RCK)
4 Remoraid (NRV)
3 Dark Octillery (NDS)
3 Cleffa (NGS)
3 Scyther (NDC)
4 Professor Elm (NGS)
3 Challenge (RCK, LGN)
3 The Boss's Way (RCK, LGN)
3 Focus Band (NGS)
3 Rocket's Hideout (NRV)
4 Potion (BS1, BS2, LGN)
2 Full Heal Energy (RCK, LGN)
4 Darkness Energy (NGS)
9 Grass Energy
5 Water Energy

Check out my personal website. Includes my ideas for decks my own fake cards, GB Teams, links to Ebay auctions, main trading page and much, much more.

Top player in state of Wyoming (Hmm. Could have something to do with the fact that the other four players in the state haven't played in over two years?)
