Okay...way too many different chains, no multiples of Basics to support Evolution Cards, no simple card drawing Trainers, don't worry you are not the first.
First off you should limit your series of Pokemon to no more than 6. Evo chain series is no more than 2 for up to Stage 2 and you can pull off 3 for up to Stage 1. Now you should have lots of trainers, especially those which feature pulling out cards very fast, these are nicknamed "drawer" cards. So usually throw in 4 Professor Elms and even 4 Bill for getting the cards you need fast!
Primary Energy types should be limited to two (but it can be fun to build a Rainbow Deck now and then).
Overall, its sounds like you are more of a collector than a trainer so keep in mind so should be collecting 4 of every card if you plan to battle. Good luck in the future.

Like I said, I don't have that many cards and this is all I can come up with. Plus I tried not to make too many poke'mon in my deck so I can have more energys. That is my problem. I can't get any energys. Now I have more energys and thats what helps me.
