I have made two decks for SBZ. I want to know which deck is better and if you want to adjust any of the two decks then go ahead.

yeah, both your decks look good, but I would suggest using the Mukcrobat. Stopping pokemon powers is going to be a big thing at SBZ with all those Feraligatr/Paresect, Boost/Charizard/Buzz, Noclock variations, Ampharos/Zapdos. Muk will be a killer. But since Mucrobat, is very weak to psychich here's what I would suggest, to make it a Mukrowcro: Drop these:
-2 Grass energy -2 Fishermen -1 Gold Berry -3 Pokemon Breeder
And add in these:
+2 Golbat (choose the version) +3 Murkrow +3 Darkness Energy
That should help the deck out a bit, I only think one Fishermen is necessary, and the Murkrow and Darkness help you alot against Espeon, and the breeder, I think just having a plain Golbat is more reliable, and it saves room in your deck for other cards like Murkrow and Murkrow should solve the problem that you only had 9 basic in the deck. We'll thanks and good luck on your deck! =)

Murkrow is useless in the modified enviroment right now. Many people play double gust, or switch, or warp energy or even the new energy in skyridge that switches the defending with another.

I'll add my 2 cents (hands Prime 2 cents). Since you're looking for suggestions on what Grimer to use, obviously, go with the Fossil/LC version.

I think the 2nd deck is better. The first deck does have different weakness, but watch out for water cube 01 or bench damage because of the Jumpluff. And watch out for Muk.
Why run 4 Professor Elm?Try other cards like Bill,Oak's Research instead.
