Well, okay, since you asked for honesty...this deck is just too inconsistent. You cannot have a very coherent theme, with 27 Energy cards. You're playing 10 more than average. I realize you are trying to cover all types with Alakazam's PsyMimic Pokemon Power. However, let me fix this up for you a little bit. I will strengthen the deck with a solid drawing line.

Mimicing the Rainbows...
Modified Formatē

Pokemon: 20
4 Abra (Expedition)
3 Kadabra (LC)
3 Alakazam (Expedition)
3 Porygon (Destiny)
3 Porygon2 (Revelation)
3 Cleffa
1 Magby

Energy: 15
12 Psychic
3 Recycle

Trainers: 25
4 Professor Elm
4 Copycat
4 Gold Berry
3 Pokemon Trader
3 Double Gust
2 Switch
2 Bill's Maintenance
2 Focus Band
1 Time Capsule

Idea: Use Porygon2 to change energy to give Alakazam more options. Use Kadabra to deal 50 when needed. The drawing engine is more than enough for this deck. Good luck!
