By the time my master got to making this one, the format had passed. My master now used access to all cards from Team Rocket on up to Expedition. My master still wanted to make this deck work, though, so here's what my master did for a Rocket On! edition:

Omanyte is still for looking at your deck, but now there's a heavier hitting edition of Omastar. My master had used Warp Point instead of Switch at this time, and there's still abundant amounts of Energy. While not as heavy as its now-banned Neo Genesis cousin (it was banned while Rocket On was still Modified), this Sneasel would do. By the time my master had made this, he had discovered the way of Smoochum, hence Smoochum rather than Cleffa. Misty's Poliwag is still there to provide status problems for your opponent. Recycle Energy still allows you to retreat. This deck isn't perfect yet; most fixes will be considered.

Professor Elm, how will three Sneasel survive on a measly four Darkness Energy? That's the whole reason the Rainbow Energy was in there! (That might work for the Neo R edition, but I like having the insurance. The idea might work for just two Sneasel, but less efficient on three.) The Focus Bands are a good idea, though. And my own fix: Copycat, rather than Bill.
