4 Psyduck
4 Golduck (hyperbeam)
3 Eevee (engery evolve)
3 Dark Vaparon
4 Mareep (the one with 50 hp)
3 Dark Ampherdos

22 Trainers:

4 Engery Removal2
4 Super Engery Removal2 (when it comes out, untill then tech in Thought wave machine)
3 Pokemon Breaders
2 Pro Elm's Training method

Engery:

basic idea, engery denial, and then make it hurt when they do put engery on with Dark Ampy. Pokemon tower to lock the discard pile (somewhat) I thought about teching in Parasect as well, you know the power one. Smart ideas appreated, IE, dont tell me to put smoochum in the deck.

I've gotten 98 on that Machoke at work game. I beat Driving Corasola.
I almost beat the record in Hold Down hip hop. I got 2000 or so in Kinglers day. I got 7 in Rapadash's dash. Butterfree's Flower Power 4700. 123 In Jumping Dodoro. My all foil deck is finished.

now this deck will be crazy to see but, i thought the energy cost on dk vaporeon was just awful, so i say toss it and focus golduck... u only need 1 lightning for amphy and thats all u want, now i just had to tech a smoochum since u posted that, but seriously its a baby thought wave machine ;-)... dude u forgot cleffa and elm, thats like treason, overall i like the idea, i dun like ur decklist

Golduck requires water, water, colorless to use hyperbeem, as does dark vaporion for its attack.
If by any chance I did encounter any sort of specal engery, I would rather remove it then put it into there deck, perhaps you missed the inclusion of Poketower that would shut down recyle engery? Although a cleffa would be good to add to this deck, and so would Elm.

There's a grain of an idea here. An aggressive energy denial plan could be a real pain to play against.

Here's what I would do:

First I'd lose the whole Ampheros line. It punishes for attaching energy, but doesn't deny the energy itself. It seems rather expensive to use 10 cards to do this (4 Mareeps + 3 Ampheros + 3 Breeders).

Next I'd choose which of the other lines I like better, D. Vaporeon or Golduck. Golduck has a higher HP, but DV can be evolved easier and can use Dark Energy. My personal preference is Dark Vaporeon, but Eevee's weakness to fighting is bad. Both lines are weak to lightening, so there's no advantage in having both.

Thought about adding in a Quagsire line? The N3 Quagsire has a Whirlpool attack like DV. They're resistent to lightening and could use the water energy (although it takes 4 to attack).

One other suggestion is to add 4 recycle energies. I haven't seen a spoiler of the SER2 card, but I think it's a SER with a flip. What better energy card on your pokemon to discard than a recycle energy? It comes right back to your hand. But that would mean getting rid of the Pokemon Tower also.

So here's what I would do:

20 pokemon

4 Eevee (energy evolve)
4 Dark Vaporon
4 Wooper (Amnesia)
4 Quagsire (N3)
2 Cleffa
2 Murkrow

23 Trainers

4 Professor Elm
4 Energy Removal2
4 Super Energy Removal2

2 Healing Fields

17 Energy

10 Water
4 Recycle
3 Dark

This deck could be a real pain to go against as it can really slow down the other guy. I love it!!
