if ur gonna use Porygon as a serious tech (which i think it is), u better add more of it, like 2 or 3. it absolutely rocks. take out both Promo Scythers and add 1 Rocket's Scyther and 1 Porygon. also -1 Full Heal Energy and plus 1 more Porygon.

i like the porygon idea, i tried this too, but needs some adjust:
-1 grass
+1 dark energy (yep, sometimes can be useful)
and maybe:
-2 master ball
+2 bill
