Here is what you do, take out:
4 darkness energy (why is it here?)
4 Bills teleporter (Garbage)
Put in:
1 elm
2 Pichu
2 healing fields
3 NGR
Your deck might have problems along the way, so I made it so your draw isn't so "flippy" and you have support cards for your azumarills.

NGR is not MMF
I have taken out the 4 dark energy and put in 4 fight and taken out 2 qwilfish and put in 2 rhyhorn
