Well, overall I like the look of this deck! But you can't always rely on a Breeder to get to Crobat, despite the nearly no chance of it what if all your breeder were in your prizes. You would be trying to find a single card in about 50 cards (after set up and all) so I would trash two Breeder for two more Golbat and also you may want to add another Ivysaur as well (just trash 1 Pokemon Center) and last but not least you need a way to deal with Steelix . If a Steelix had 4 Metal Energy on it he could just sit there and watch as Crobat tried to do 10 damage (if all 4 flips were heads) so in other words use some Resistance Gyms! (Truly I love doing that to a grass deck, or any deck for that matter) Other than that nice job with this deck! See ya!

--------------------
The Evolution of Steelix:
My many Steelix deck versions:
Electro-Crush (Rockets Zapdos)
Steel-Slash (Rocket's Scyther)
Steelix's Memory (Neo 3 Aerodactyl)
Whirpool Crush (Umbreon, Dark Vaporeon)
Crush Down (Arcanine)
Kabulix (Kabutops)
Steeleon (Espeon, holo Discovery)

And maybe more to come!

New Project: Swap n' Memory Raging (Aerodactyl [Revelation], Alakazam [Base/LC])

Espeon is 1!

Extreme Espeon: This is MMF, so no Resistance Gym. Also, what are the odds of all 4 breeders in your prizes are really not likely, and, if he must, he can trader to get something out, so I wouldn't worry about it.
Jared, put in 2 Magnifiers, and drop 2 something, cause if I say something to drop, you won't like it, (Center) but just drop 2 of something....
