I plan to have the Dudrio on the bench, Arcanine, the Golduck, Typhlosion, the Dark Magcargo, and another pokemon with them.
I will have Rocket's Hideout first then if i need energy i will switch to the energy stadium if possible.
I have no other energy besides basic.

You have way too many singles, and too many energies. For a two type deck, 20 is plenty.
Also, have at most 3 evolution chains in your deck. ANy more than that, and will will be too slow.

You might wanna work towards:
Gastly x 3 (Neo)

Bill x 2

Rocket&8217;s Hideout x 1

I'm not exactly a deck expert but I can tell you'll need either 3 or 4 of each Basic pokémon if you plan on building one up early in the game. Try this and see how it works, or wait for someone else to post another opinion.
