Well, you've got a decent idea going here, but your big downfall is that once you've got them in your trap (Confused) you've got almost no way of holding them there. They can easily use a Switch, Scoop Up, Double Gust, etc. So what you really need, is some heavy trainer disruption. Try this:
Pokemon: 14 3 Oddish (Team Rocket) 3 Dark Gloom 3 Snorlax 3 Cleffa (Neo Genesis) 2 Chansey
Trainers: 32 4 Professor Oak 4 Computer Search 4 Item Finder 4 Lass 4 Gold Berry 3 Chaos Gym 2 Gust of Wind 2 Scoop Up 2 Energy Charge 2 Healing Feilds 1 Nightly Garbage Run
Energy: 14 4 Double Colorless Energy 4 Recycle Energy 3 Metal Energy 3 Potion Energy
There you go. The Lass and Chaos Gym should help you keep them from getting out of being confused, and Chansey will work as a much better way of cleaning up your opponets remains than Exceggutor. Also, Cleffa will add in some card drawing and, finally, your trainers were tightended up with more usfel and powerful trainers.
Hope this helps.
