Hey guys, it's me again. My league is having another tournament involving this seasons element: Fire. Like in the Fighting Tournament last time, 30 of the cards in the deck have to either be Fire Energy, Fire Type, or have an attack that involves a Fire Energy. Here is my deck. Please, help me. Any advice is welcome, just don't bash.

Energy: 23
15 Fire Energy* 4 Darkness Energy 4 Rainbow Energy
Trainers: 18
2 Blaine's Quiz #1 3 Professor Elm 3 Gust Of Wind 3 Gold Berry 2 Rocket's Sneak Attack 2 Ecogym 2 No Removal Gym 1 Blaine
Thanks for any and all help and/or advice.(Yeah that sounded weird). *= Fire things

Our league is having a Fire type tourney too. Only ours can only have Fire Pokemon. Try this...
- 2 Houndour (Dark) - 1 Shining Gryados - 1 Fire Energy - 4 Rainbow - 2 Blaine's Quiz #1 - 2 Eco Gym - 1 Elm - 1 Gust
+ 1 Entei N-H (they can't gust and kill when he's active) + 3 Oak + 3 Item Finder + 3 Comp Search + 2 Blaine + 1 Time Capsule + 1 Houndour (Fire)
Good Luck with the deck

An all R tourny will likely feature all of the heavy hitters you can think of. I don't think you can plan to just out-muscle the field because there are too many ways to power up a 60 or 100 attack Turn 2 and chances are even that it'll be his instead of yours. Unlike the F tournament, there is no Resistance to give you any lasting defense against a built-up hitter.
My strategy to gain an advantage over the field would be to explore extensive disruption (lots of ER, SER, and your favorite trainer-killer package) and to utilize cheap copying attacks to strike back (Smeargle) or first (Clefable). Since you are running your own R deck, all of those Pokemon with anti-Clefable text just got a lot more vulnerable.
I see DCE as being very valuable to any strategy you choose (helps Bl Arcanine, Smeargle, Ditto, plus Wooper, TR Squirtle, D Vaporeon/Promo Eevee splashes you might try). The quick and sure 40 or 60 the splashes can do will give your opponent plenty of things to worry about, especially if they are wearing a Focus Band.
I would stick with a single big hitter like Bl Arcanine and a good status BBP like F Magmar. Maybe a few Entei (Howl) would round out the list of R guys. The rest of the deck should be aimed at messing with your opponent's game.

Thanks you guys! This is some GR8 advice. I'll take it all into consideration, and post my final deck later.
