MixMaster, have you read the WizPoG rules? Posts such as that are frowned upon. You flamed/insulted him, and didn't provide any help at all. It is what we know as SPAM. Next time, do try to provide some useful information.
DigitalBomb, the deck is OK, simply because it's rather obvious you just recently learned the game a while ago. (Or simply haven't kept up with the game, either way) But the problem with this deck, besides not keeping up with new sets, is the lack of organization. Your pokemon are to random and scattered to hold up any sort of strategy. Since you appearently don't have anything beyond fossil (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) I would advise you build a Wiggly deck. These are quite possibly, the longest lasting archtype the game has yet to see. Simple to use, win easily. THey focus on the Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff evo line from the Jungle series, with some slight tech and support (usually cleffa and scyther) with massive trainer support and disruption. Speed is key in this deck, which is why Oak, Elm, CPU, and Item Finder are obviously needed. Focus mostly on getting Wigglytuff out, no other evo lines.

I can see that this is a triple-type deck; believe it or not, I have tweaked them since I started playing and have one that is fairly good. A must for these decks is the Promo Evee. Add 1 more, for safety. Also, for Electric (and any other Energy), add Dark Electrode. Also: add Energy Amplifier (and take out Energy Removal); add Energy Charge (and remove 2 Spearow and 1 Fearow). This should have helped...
