This deck needs to be fixed !!!!

2 Switch
2 Energy Charge
3 Focus Band
2 Gold Berry
2 Nightly Garbage Run
2 Eco Gym
3 Plus Power

-3 Focus Bands
-3 Plus Powers
You have a couple of options:
+1 Gold Berry/+ Cleffa
+2 ELM (always useful)
+3 LASS.

Lass+eeek is awesome 1st turn. YOU NEED LASS. There are various TRICKS to get around slowking and IF your deck is NOT prepared for that, You could be saying buh-bye to your darks and RECYCLES [Confused]

, really no joke.

OR
You could go this route also:
+1 Cleffa
+3 Lass
+1 Brock's Mankey (are you READY for a mirror match?)
+1 Movie Promo Mewtwo (it is only BANNED from Modified decks)
-2 Energy Charge
+1 Fossil Ghastly (no FLIP!!)
+1 Energy Flow (because MEWTWO can also bring back energy from he discard pile

You are already running psychic energy, 1 KO of MUK?
