I've been out of the game for a while and I am looking to get back in the game again. It's going to been hard since I gave away all of my cards. But I want back in the game and I am thinking of getting the cards I need and building this Blastoise deck. So take a look, advice is always welcomed. Thanks!
4xsquirtle (Base) 2xwarturtle (Base) 3xBlastoise (Base) 3xArticuno (fossil or Legendary) 3xcleffa (neo) 15 pokemon
4xGold berry 4xItem finder 4xoak 3xGust of wind 3xcomputer search 3xNightly garbage run 3xswitch 3xpokebreeder 27 Trainers
18xWater energy
The strategy is simple, use Blastoise Rain dance to power up Articuno or even another Blastoise. Articuno has no weekness and can do serious damage. This deck is all about the best Water there is and ever will be, Blastoise. Thank's and good luck. Later!

For a water deck, looks good. However, I advise caution-- one of the most popular cards in Unlimited these days is Rocket's Zapdos. Articuno may have little to worry about, but the Blastoise line will. A good combo with Blastoise is Dark Gyarados-- Rain Dance a bunch of Water Energies onto Dark Gyarados, then let it be Knocked Out. Get heads on the power, and you've done some major damage! Other than that, I'm not sure what to recommend to help the concept.

First, I will just come out and say it: I use a different Trainer Engine than most. I run 3 Cleffa for one thing, and then three each of Computer Search, Item Finder, and Professor Oak. I see no Stadium card, and that's a bad thing: if your opponent has a Stadium reliant strategy, you just gave them a huge bonus. What am I talking about: Chaos Gym, Eco Gym, Rocket's Hideout, Healing Fields, Pokemon Tower, etc. All can be vital to the deck they're in. Since you'll be dealing large, reliable damage, I recommend Healing Fields. This also could let you drop a Gold Berry, though you don't have to. Instead of NGR, I reccomend Town Volunteers. It's a Supporter, but it's your only one and acts like almost 2 NGRs (shuffle 5 Pokemon or Basic Energies into your deck from your discard pile). I would also run one less Breeder or Wartortle and only two Switches. You really should include 2 or 3 SERs. Finally, maybe squeeze in a Neo Genesis Wooper or two. They frustrate anything with only one attak thanks to Amnesia, and are even better against Electic Pokemon. Trainers can be used to get around this, but with a little luck your opponent will ahve to use up major Trainer resources to do so.
