i dont think that would do well in play because it has to many types and the chances of getting the energy you need are rare..
also not enough for each type eathier.

u have a gyrados and no magicarp did u put that in just because u wanted more **colors**?

there is alot of diffrent types and whats the chance of getting the items you need..
it is indeed colorful, but i wouldnt play it

for your deck, you have a lot of colors... for sure. your deck looks like it has been based upon the ho-oh'a rainbow burn and the shining gyrados' attacks. so, i say kick out most of your pokemon. you should use pokemon that use colorless attacks. then, you can throw in as many colors as you want. some pokemon to use are light piloswine, scyther, light ledian, and others. you should go and explore to find more pokemon to use! also, dont use elekid, it is just pichu bait right now.
