This deck is not only based on Charizard, but Entei and Moltres as well. I know it isn't the best. I'd like a few small changes if possible, but not deck chopping ones. Here it is

My Basic Battling Ledgendary Birds and Dogs stall until I can get the heavy hitters out. I use the Gym to get rid of weakness and power the Blaine's Charizard with Blaine himself.
HDS is for when I find an evolution in my hand that can't be used because I played a different card.
I'm trying to find a Blaine's Moltres to add into the mix but it is taking forever for me to get it.

Ok, we need to focus this deck a little bit more. It has too many singles. It's a lot easier to find the cards you need when you have multiple copies.
It looks like you don't have enough drawing power. You need Bills, Oaks, Computer Search, and 2-3 Cleffas if possible. You might want to try Energy Stadium or Super Energy Retrieval because almost all of your cards do a heavy amount of discarding energies.
You might want to try to take out Promo Entei because it's Pokemon Power makes it less effective. Replace it with a trainer, another Cleffa, or another Neo 3 Entei if you can get one. Pokemon Trader might also be good since you are running quite a few evolutions.

The purpose is to build up Blaine's Charizard and wail on your opponent. Use Super Energy Remove and Kindle to hold them at bay while you build up. Your deck will be a lot faster if you focus on just one evolution. If you like one of the other Charizard lines better, then by all means, use that instead. I hope this helps.
