Use Crobat.
A couple fixes

-2 Grass
-1 Murkrow (You only want 2)

+1 Chaos Gym
+1 Pichu (Trust me, you WANT 3)
+1 Misty's Wrath (You already have 3 NGR...added speed)

Looks pretty good.

Use Krowbat.here's my fix:

Pokemon
4 Zubat
4 Golbat
3 Crobat
3 Cleffa
3 Pichu
2 Murkrow

Trainers
4 Elm
3 Misty's wrath
4 focus band
4 double gust
3 Nightly Garbage Run
2 Rocket's Sneak Attack
2 IOR
2 Resistance Gym
2 Chaos Gym

Energy
4 Dark
1 FHE
10 Grass

12 grass is WAAAAAAYYYYY to much in a Krowbat deck. EVerything looks nice. Added the IOR for further hand disruption. 3 Pichu is neccesary because of all the Gatrs and Big Fire running around. the first deck seems solid too, but i think u'll ave a better chance with the Bat.
