Are there any new rules for making decks that go along with the new series? Is there anything against using some of the newer pokemon cards with older pokemon cards, or anything against using dark pokemon and normal pokemon? Or can you use gym pokemon in a deck with other pokemon, or do you need to have just a gym leader deck? I've been into pokemon ever since it came out, but i stopped playing the card game in 7th and 8th grade, but now I'm getting back into it and there's all these new series, I was just wondering if there are any new rules for them. Thanks

There really aren't any new rules that effect your deck. You must have 60 cards, with no more that 4 copies of a card with the same name (Dratini can be found in Base, Team Rocket, and Neo: Destiny, so you can mix and match them up to 4 into your deck). But just remember a Pokémon can only evolve from the Pokémon in the upper left hand corner of the card. So once Charmander evolves into Dark Charmeleon, it can only evolve into Dark Charizard, not Charizard or Blaine's Charizard. I'll be locking this now as it is not a deck.
