Topic: I need some advice on my deck.

I posted this deck a while back and, regardless of all the bad "fixes" given to me, This deck works unbelieviblely well!

I made this to work very fast yet limited to Cards from the Neo Sets only! Only problems I have with it are that the Basics don't seem to stay alive long enough to evolve them and that it's also weak to trainers (ER and SER because of the no restrictions at my league)!
Now, I've thought of a few alterations I could make but I need input!
I thought about slowking with NeoG Slowpoke because of it's water attack but I'm not sure how to work it in!
I also wanted to tech in a Pichu and Elekid because of their usefulnesses. The problem is adding Pichu makes my deck Power-weak if I add Elekid and/or Slowking! Without those two, I only have two other Pokemon with Pokemon Powers!
So, you can see my Dilema!

Don't add more Pokemon, that's good. Looks fine to me, just let me tweak it a lil'.
