simple enough:

in the Tyranitar deck, replace the CPU Searches with some Misty's Wrath, and use Elm instead of Oak. and some more suggestions here, take out 4 Fighting energy, and replace it with Focus Band.

in the Dark 'Zard deck, CPU Search with Misty's Wrath again, and Itemfinder with Focus Band. i also don't think Rocket's Zapdos is good here, it just takes up space and Energy. replace it with something else. u could also add more Fire Energy, which is needed here.
