You need to concentrate on one (or since you run Stage 1, 2) evolutions and then build the deck around them! (With Oak/Elm, Bill, Cleffa, Gold Berry, Focus Band, etc.) This deck at the moment has no draw power except for the computer search, so add what I said above and since you like Jolteons so much you choose the two you would like to use!
