Hi, This is the first time I have posted in these forums. I've been reading them for a while, but haven't thought about posting.
This is my favourite deck, and probably my strongest. (As it's my only).
Pokemon: 23 2x Gastly (LC) 2x Haunter (E-expidition) 1x Gengar (LC) 2x Natu (Neo Genisis) 2x Xatu (Neo Revalation) 2x Abra (LC) 2x Kadabra (LC) 2x Unown N (Neo Revalation) 1x Dratini (Neo Destiny) 1x Dratini (LC) 2x Dark Dragonair (LC) 1x Girafarig (Neo Genisis) 1x Girafarig (Neo Destiny) 2x Elekid (Neo Genisis)
Trainers:13 1x Pokemon Breeder Fields (Neo Revalation) 2x Moo-moo Milk (Neo Genisis) 2x Bill 2x Potion 2x Pokemon Trader 1x Ecogym 1x Warp Point 2x Switch
Energy: 24 24x Psychic Energy
Haunter + Xatu + Kadabra are there because they are strong big hitters. Unown N is there as defense for those colourless types. Dark Dragonair is there obviously for 'Evolutionary Light'. Girafarig is there for any back-up, and as a strong basic pokemon, and elekid is there if my active pokemon can't attack during my turn. And Most of my trainers are there for typical reason.
I hope you guys can help me, I've played a few matches and I've won most of them. Just thought I'd get some help.

If so try a Gengar/Alakazam line.

I do have a lot of advice. I've never been in a tournament myself, so I don't know how good this advice is, but I think it's solid. BTW, I am assuming unlimited format with this advice. This is a long post, so I apologize in advance. This does look like a great deck, it just needs some tweaks.
- Like Sea Crobat suggested, use Alakazam.
- Like Sea Crobat suggested, use Alakazam.
- Lose a few energy. I think the usual amount these days is about 17-20. That should make room for some of the additions I've suggested below.
- Put in more of your basics. Especially in Dratini and Abra's case, you might find your basics knocked out before you can pull your big evolved hitters.
- Replace one or both of the potions with super potions or (if you're using the old archetype Alakazam) Pokemon Center. Psychic Pokemon just don't have much HP, so you have to heal them more often to stay in the game. (They're my favorite type too, so believe me, I know.)
- More stadium cards! You only have one copy of one stadium. You won't see it often, and your opponent will probably replace it quickly. Now you're at the mercy of your opponent's stadiums--ouch! Add more ecogyms. Add energy stadium, lucky stadium, and/or healing field (my personal favorites). Also, since you have so few trainers anyway, consider Chaos Gym.
- Magnifier. There are, IMO, WAY too many pokemon with resistance to psychic. Just a couple of these could slow you down big time. (*coughs* Chansey)
- -Try one or two fossil gastly in addition to the LCs. I've made a deck with (among others) Fossil Gastly and Promo Mewtwo that almost never had energy shortages-- and it had a lot less energy than you do.
- Professor Oak/Elm. If you're using Fossil Gastly and/or promo Mewtwo, I'd go for Oak, but take your favorite. Bill is great, but this type of deck usually has more drawing power.
- If you can, put in a few high-HP basics-- Chansey, Snorlax, etc. They'll help stall if you need it (and even most good decks do, on occasion), and if you're using Damage Swap, they give you somewhere to out the damage (especially if you add Scoop Up.) (In case you haven't noticed, I'm one of the many fans of Damage Swap)
- -Especially with the old damage-swapper, consider Unown A. It can make itself or your Unown N's into another couple of medium hitters.
- Consider fossil Haunter. True, it doesn't pack much of a punch, but it's got a pokemon power version of the baby rule going for it-- and 20 more HP.
- Here's another old friend to consider--Mr.Mime. Like I said, psychic decks have some HP problems, but Mr. Mime can blunt the knockout punches. Just beware special conditions and 20-damage attacks.
- Add another Gengar, if you can. One copy of a stage 2 card is (IMO) OK, but it does make it a bit difficult to bring out. Having two usually solves that problem.
- Switch/Balloon Berry/Full Heal. You have plenty of damage-healing potential, but some very good decks go for special conditions instead. (I for one, have built a sleep-based deck that's better than you might expect.) These should help out against those types of decks. Besides, you can't afford to let a psychic stay confused-- one failed attack often does 40 damage to you.
- -As long as you have Dark Dragonair (if you decide to keep it--I think it's a good play), try Dark Dragonite. Giant Tail is a pretty good attack (70 damage, if the flip works out), and Summon Minions helps you pull any basics you're looking for.
- Finally (never thought I'd reach the end of this, did you?), try the trainer Sleep!, and/or Drowzee (Rocket set). They'll make great teammates for E-Haunter. These guys are what made my sleeper deck work-- putting the opponent's pokemon to sleep on your turn gets past the coin flips it usually takes to keep 'em asleep long enough.
Like I said, looks like a great deck, but it had a lot of room for improvement. Good luck!

Can you believe I forgot one? Pluspower. It's a staple in high-damage decks.

IMHO Not any speed at all. You need some speed. Our Decks usually have 20+ trainers and 12-15 pokemon Having one of any card in a line such as the gengar has too high a chance of it being in the prize pile. Then you may never get to it. Here is a bit of a fix (BTW I play a Gengar, Alakazam deck and its tough) No need for Igllybuff with recent banned cards
Pokemon: 26 4x Gastly (L) 3x Haunter (EX) 2x Gengar (L) 4x Abra (L) 3x Kadabra (L) 2x Alakazam (L) 2x Natu (NG) 2x Xatu (NDiscovery) 2x Elekid (NG) 2x Tyrogue (NDiscovery)
Trainers: 18 4x Bill 4x Prof. Elm 2x Switch 3x Pokemon Breeder Fields 3x Pokemon Trader 1x Pokemon Center 1x energy field
Energy: 16 10x Psychic 2x Potion 2x rainbow (works well with alakazam) 2x recycle (discard when alakazam has too much energy)
Thats a start! Hope you like the suggestions
