I had no real stratagy when i built the deck, i thought it would suck terribly, but it actually works quite well.
3 Articuno (P48)
2 Eevee (P)
2 Eevee (ND)
3 Light Vaporeon
1 Elekid
3 Squirtle (B)
2 Blastoise
3 Bill
3 Comp
2 Energy Stadium
3 G. Berry
2 Gust
2 Item Finder

Well, i found that using the ND Eevee, and having the other on the bench works well. Wash Away is a last resort, but works well w/ Blast. Hypnoshower is devastating to many, mainly just cause of its sleep. Bad flips can ruin people. If theres trouble and a ditto shows, hypno him or ice beam him, then switch with eevee or elekid. Blastoise i found was only backup support. Articuno isnt as functional as the jungle one, but with more hp, a good attack, and PP, its worth it.
