im not too sure about the veno line but im not taking out the exegg line.

Sweet deck
add a pair of nrg stadiums because your opponent can use it to get nrgs for their pokemon and attach them in a dry spell to help you do more damage (shhhhhh! its a secret)

Um, Smeargle won't help you against 'Gatr. (unless you have Water in your discard pile, but you don't have any in the deck) So I'd take out the Smeargle and put in another NGR and Double Gust or somethying like that.
