I have taken some suggestions for the fighting deck we posted the other day, thanks.
Now I am kicking my 8 year olds bottom [Smile]

Time to fix his deck. ( hopefully no Pokeshack adversarys are reading)
He seems to be more willing to take the advice of someone with a professor Icon than me [Roll Eyes]

Pokemon 23
1 Magby B-75
2 Cleffa lv5 #173
2 Cyndaquil lv 15 #155
1 Cyndaquil a-13
1 quilava lv28 #156
1 quilava lv 35 #156
1 Typhlosion lv 57 #157
1 typhlosion a-16
1 entie lv 37 #244
1 charmander a-09
2 charmander a-10
1 charmeleon a-11
1 charmeleon lv 32 #5
1 charizard b-72
1 celebi lv 16 #251
2 slowpoke lv 20 #79
2 slowking lv39 #199

Trainers 20
1 switch
1 super scoop
1 bills maintaince
1 super rod
1 pokemon breeder feilds
2 focus band
2 pokemon breeder
4 professor elm
4 goldberry
4 bill

Energy 17
2 full heal
4 recycle
2 rainbow
9 fire

Charizard is a must in the deck. He also likes his typhlosion cards. He learned the value of slowkings last week at the shack.
This deck seems to me to have the basic drawing trainers. The two slowkings should help slow down other decks. with the fire cards The recycles are nice as you seem to be discarding all the time. The Entei is looking like a good stall card with little chance of getting knocked out. Its like the enegizer bunny. It kepps coming and going.

Thanks in advance to the experts

[Smile]

OMG, I'm back. I have been not here cuz I lost my password so now I am back after a few years. Whew!

Anyway. BOT

I uderstand how you really want to put Charizard, Typhlosion, and Slowking in this deck. It is a great idea as if you get this deck to work properly, victory is secure. However, it is very hard to run many Stage 2's in a deck.

Another thing I've noticed is the amount of single cards. It is bad to run a single card (unless it is TeCH of course) but you really need a solid evolution line to keep up with your opponents.

Another thing is that I feel that Sowking isn't necessarily the best card to put in this deck. It has an awesome Pokemon Power that shuts down Trainers for the most part. But with the firepower and speed of Charizard and Typhlosion, you could be having constant KOs if it is done properly.

Even though I would suggest having only one Evolution line (I would suggest Charizard) I respect your idea and will try to work a way for two stage twos to fit in.

First of all, make sure your Typhlosions are the Neo Genesis one with Fire Recharge (I forgot its level) They can really bring an opponent down in tough spot when you can literally reuse "dead" energy. Second, I think the Non-holo expedition Charizard is your better choice. It has lower retreat than the LC one and has a nice 60 damage flamethrower that is great for the cost. If you really like the LC Charizard, then that will be fine too.

I took out the Entei. With this many evolutions, Entei ruins the card advantage. If you discard too many evolutions using Entei, then your whole deck idea will be messed up. I also added some more baby pokemon for their versality and their stall ability.

Here is the Pokemon section:
(21 Pokemon)
3 Cyndaquil (NG 50 HP)
1 Quilava (NG)
3 Typhlosion (NG Fire Recharge)
3 Charmander (LC)
1 Charmeleon (LC)
3 Charizard (preferably the Exp. non holo)
2 Magby
3 Cleffa
1 Tyrogue
1 Caterpie (TeCH against waters: may replace with Elekid)

I'm supposing this is MMF cuz of the drawing engine so I'll add some stuff. This deck relies on getting the evolutions out so some Pokemon Breeder Fields and Pokemon Breeder are useful. You may wish to include some of the new supporter draw power such as Prof. Oak's Research. They are very helpful in getting what you need.

Here is the Trainer section:
(23 Trainers)
3 Bill
3 Professor Elm
2 Professor Oak's Research
3 Pokemon Breeder Fields
4 Pokemon Breeder
2 Switch
3 Double Gust
3 Focus Band

As for the Energy a mere 16 will work. Since most of the energy will be recycled by Typhlosion, you can use energy at your disposal.

Here is the energy
(16 Energy)
16 Fire Energy

And finally here is what the modified deck looks like:

(21 Pokemon)
3 Cyndaquil (NG 50 HP)
1 Quilava (NG)
3 Typhlosion (NG Fire Recharge)
3 Charmander (LC)
1 Charmeleon (LC)
3 Charizard (preferably the Exp. non holo)
2 Magby
3 Cleffa
1 Tyrogue
1 Caterpie (TeCH against waters: may replace with Elekid)

(23 Trainers)
3 Bill
3 Professor Elm
2 Professor Oak's Research
3 Pokemon Breeder Fields
4 Pokemon Breeder
2 Switch
3 Double Gust
3 Focus Band

(16 Energy)
16 Fire Energy

I hope I helped and thanks for posting this deck.
Good luck and watch out dad!!!

Thanx . . . [Evil Smirk]

Another char idea is a ChariUCenter deck like I run. It is posted on the first page down below and prolly is going to go to the second page soon. The benefit of my deck is that Recycle energy and Harvest Bounty Venusaur rock with Charizard. You could have a turn 3 Char repeatedly doing 100 damage using recycle energy.
Have fun!! And my 8 year old son takes me out occassionally to. It is all part of the fun!!!
