I will try to help you with the cards that you already have...
First I would drop the totodile and the slowpoke. You do not have any evolutions from those cards, so you might not want ot play them.
Second I would drop your water and psychic energy for more fire and more grass energy. With the totodile and slowpoke gone, you will not need those specific energies.
Down the line, you may want to focus on one or two types of pokemon, you do not want to have all six in the same deck. It would be hard to get the energy that you need.
You may also want to trade for some draw trainers like Bill, Professor Elm, and since this is a standard deck, Professor Oak. You should be able to get some of those.

r.h.: Perhaps you should tell us your deck strategy and theme. Rocket Feraligatr gave you a sound Unlimited deck (barring a few cards). It really isn't a deck fix though; rather it is just another deck. So if you tell us what the theme of your deck is, then we can fix it.
