Topic: Dark Tyranitar/Clefable Deck! Need Help!

Can someone please give me advice on how to improve this deck? Just got back into the game for over a year, so I have limited cards.
Pokemon:
4 X Larvitar [Destiny]
3 X Dark Pupitar
1 X Dark Tyranitar
3 X Clefairy [Base]
3 X Clefable [Jungle]
4 X Machop [Base]
2 X Light Machoke
1 X Light Machamp
2 X Phanphy [Destiny]
1 X Dark Donphan
2 X Hitmonchan [Destiny]
2 X Onix [Genesis]
2 X Koga's Ditto
Energy:
26 X Fighting Energy
Trainers:
1 X Rocket's Hideout
3 X Pokeball
My strategy is to get Dark Tyranitar or Light Machamp (or Clefable, if needed) out as fast as I can. The Dark Tyranitar's first move is a killer. Light Machamp is totally against Pokemon with Dark in their names or Darkness pokemon (bye bye Sneasel!). The Pokeball's are there to get me my evolutions/basics if needed. Rocket's Hideout is to help out my Dark Tyranitar. In my opinion, the Genesis Onix is the best Onix ever. It has amazing damage possibilities. Please tell me what I should do to change my deck around. Thanks.

- You have too much evolution cards...your deck will be too slow
- Add baby pokemon (like Cleffa for his eeeeeek attack )For help you finding the good cards (evolution) and for protect you when you built your big pokemon
- you have too much pokemon and too less trainer cards
Your deck have a good strategy but I think that It will be very difficult for have all cards you need for win the game, your deck is very slow.Remove pokemon and energy and add search trainer cards.
