I know it looks familiar cuz i really liked Gold Master's list and modified it a little. Arcanine is a beast. Here's my second deck:

Can you explain why i should do the Pikachu? I mean, Tyrouge is just soo much better. It takes care of Amhpy and those Eevees, and has a Baby Power. Thanx anyways.

well pikachu 1 [White Mana] quick attack: flip a coin if heads this attack does 30 instead of 10

u use pikachu to cover u againest kingdra and kill dem while they are weak and tyrouge in my opinion sux

If you are looking for another TC, try dropping the Tyrogue for it. With only one, the odds of drawing it for your FTKO is slim. If you do not want to drop the Tyrogue, drop 1 Cleffa. You have sufficient draw power with all of the Elm's, Bill's, Mary's, Teleporter's, and the other two Cleffa's. That would create room for your TC.
