Okay ive been trying to figure out a way to play this EX vileplume since it came out and I THINK THIS IS IT. This deck beats gatr sect pretty badly since Vileplume can be down turn two then i just cyclone the suicune and d.g croc/toto. Of course Espeon makes this card better since i can just Remove FHE, or Warp, OR Cyclone over and over again making vileplumes status go away. The main card im worried about is scizor, but i think the fact that vileplume can be down turn 2 and i could just cyclone and d.g the scyther may help it.
Questions? Comments? Bashings

I know why the Suicune are there (block Double Gust), but for Scizor (and don't you think you will likely see him evolved with metal on in most games?) what do you think about replacing Suicune with Magby? They have to spend a DG (or cyclone, or succeed with snatch) to ditch the effect. Eventually they'll miss and you can poison, meantime they are distracted.

Bulba:

Magby will shut down Scizor's power: that's good.

Magby will also shut down Vileplume's power: that's bad.

Magby doesn't fit in this deck. Good try, though! You could yank the espeon for light goldduck or starmie (the two core blasters) against scizor. Alternatively, you could stick with all grass and use ledian's swift for 50 vs. those scizor.

Good Luck,

Dropping Espeon would just be stupid. He isnt there to attack just to MAKE the status that Vile recieves from its own attack go away. Dropping Espeon would completely destroy the point of this deck. what i have noticed with Scizor is that if i can get the heads to poison scyther i can MOST likely flip the two heads to k0 scyther. Still testing tho.
Thanks.

Woah, dude, relax! Angsty much? You asked for suggestions, and mentioned scizor as a specific problem. I think most folks on these boards would agree that core blasting is a decent, splashable way to do it. I appreciate that you're trying to establish a combo between EXP vileplume and Aquapolis espeon. I wish you luck with it. I've never played it, but it sounds feasible. I just assumed that when you posted the deck, you'd be up for reasonable suggestions. I consider light golduck and starmie reasonable combos with this; viable alternatives to espeon, if you will. I wasn't suggesting that espeon wouldn't work, just that the others might work equally well if you found scizor to be a problem. Heck, there are alot of other things you could do. You're running eevee already. Run a skyridge flareon to take out scizor. Run the new ledian and light ledian: tap your vileplume with light ledian, bring it up, and use your attack next turn: you won't be able to confuse yourself ever, and you'll have another option vs. scizor in the swifting ledian. Heck, run the status effect clearing butterfree if the whim strikes you. Or run lots of full heal. They're all options. I'm not suggesting them as better than yours, so there's no need to get offended. I just thought they might get your wheels spinning. There's no need to take offense to suggestions made on these boards. If you post a deck, be ready for them, because we're going to assume that you're posting because you want reasonable suggestions, fixes, comments, or alternatives to what you've posted. If you're just looking for compliments, well, you could try to be a bit more congenial in your responses to posts, for a start...then people will return the favor via compliments.

Cheers,

Eh my fault if i seemed kinda jerkish. I didnt mean to i just thought you might have missed the combo I apologize:)

But, i dunno its so hard to fit anything else into this deck its EXTREMELY tight for space and it would be tough to fit Starmie/Boost/Charm into the deck.. I dunno tho any more suggestions

Raikou- The espeon is AQ=\ OBVIOUSLY to abuse special energy, like FULL HEAL i dunno.

As for the decklist its 3-0 so far in testing. I took out my SMF(being played by my brother) fairly easily with it the Cyclone/Second turn Vileplume situation helped a ton ALONG with the AQ vileplume here is the new deck list.
2 Cleffa
2 Suicune
1 Elekid
1 Tyrogue
2 Eevee(Disc)
2 Espeon(AQ)
4 Oddish(EX)
1 Gloom(AQ)
4 Vileplume(3EX/1AQ)
Energy
5 Grass
2 Full Heal Energy
3 Warp Energy
2 Recycle
2 Cyclone Energy
1 Potion Energy
Trainers
4 Elm
4 Copycat
4 Double Gust
4 Focus Band
4 Pokemon Trader
2 Pokemon Fan Club
