Energy: 22 22 Fire
Trainers: 22 4 Professor Elm 4 Pokemon Trader 4 Double Gust 3 Bill 3 Focus Band 2 Time Capsule 1 Energy Stadium 1 Scoop Up
Or Mabye, just mabye for current Modified... Light Ninetales Modified Format
Pokemon: 15 4 Vulpix (LC) 4 Light Ninetales 3 Cleffa 3 Entei (Holo) 1 Entei (NH)
Energy: 22 22 Fire
Traiers: 23 4 Professor Elm 4 Misty's Wrath 4 Double Gust 3 Pokemon Trader 3 Focus Band 3 Time Capsule 2 Healing Fields

Here is my version of entei in MMF
Fireblast V 1.0
Pokemon 16 1 tyrouge 4 entei 4 vulpix 3 ninetails (2nd turn 80 damage is awesome) 2 pichu (destroys magcargo and others) 2 cleffa (not really needed since there are 4 copies of almost everything)
Trainers 20 4 focus band 4 scoop up(reuse howl get entei before pichu zaps) 2 energy stadium(get those energy back) 3 pokemon trader(added speed) 2 time capsule 2 double gust 3 professor elm
Energy 24 2 full heal 22 fire (consistant howl)
Regular ninetails is much better than light ninetails. 80 damage a turn with only 1 discard can easily destroy any other pokemon. You might want to take out the tyrouge but I left it left it in anyways. You do not need to tech anything because Ninetails and entei destroy everything very quickly. I hope this helps. This is a close version to the deck that I play, which is very fast and pretty strong. Elm is not used very much since the deck has 4 entei, 4 vulpix, and 3 ninetails. That is very good odds of getting at least 1 vulpix and 1 entei in your oppening hand, and the ninetails shortly after. Once the entei/ninetails/energy stadium combo is pulled off, you do not need much more support. 80 damage a turn starting turn 2 can take out almost anything else in MMF. This deck does need a little luck to get a good start, but what deck doesn't?
